Run background checks on new residents.  Show prospective residents’ homes available for sale. Address resident issues, record resident comments and seek to settle all non-monetary issues. Keep Manager apprised of appropriate resident relations information. Provide feedback and recommend improvements to assigned community. Act as the onsite contact for most 3rd party contractors, and applicants Oversee maintenance function and ensure the park is adequately maintained by ensuring all park infrastructure, common area, and homes are well maintained. Performs other related duties as assigned.
