The shop uses state of the art CNC lathes and CNC mills for high speed, heavy duty and accurate machining. We are looking for a dependable, hard working employee to join our team. Compensation is starting at $18/ hr + overtime opportunities. Employees must speak English Duties include but are not limited to: -Prepping & loading parts into CNC lathes or Mills. -Regular clean-up to maintain efficient performance & industry safety standards. -Continuous use of inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers. -Continuous standing. All employees must maintain good attendance and be available for overtime when necessary. POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community.
