This includes but is not limited to: weed eater, leaf blowers, riding lawn mower, push lawn mower, trimmers, and pressure washer. • Removal of leaves. • Spraying and removal of weeds. • Prune plant life. • Planting new plants. • Clean equipment. • Perform additional duties as assigned. The team keeps the units, buildings, and equipment maintained and repaired; handles unit inspections; responds to after-hour maintenance calls; ensures that the department has the required materials and supplies in inventory; works cooperatively with contractors and vendors servicing the property; and assists with keeping the maintenance shop in good order. The technician will participate in heavy lifting, appliance removal and installation, digging, cleaning, and other manual labor tasks as required.
