We’re a financial firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our accountants. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls and addressing client questions and concerns • Handle a high volume of paperwork and perform clerical duties such as note-taking, file • Maintenance and document organization • Assist with general office duties including scanning, copying documents, and data entry • Receive and respond to incoming emails and texts • Assist with scheduling appointments • Assist Accountants with other bookkeeping tasks • Use QuickBooks to post deposits and expenses Required Qualifications: • Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred • Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines • Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information • Willingness to learn and grow with the company • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Full-time position Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
