Pros: - body and interior are in pretty good shape - it’s a Toyota (and even at 200k miles, the engine runs well and likely has some life left to it) Cons: - Suspension needs immediate work. I’ve been using it as an extra vehicle to haul things, and am selling it because three of the four shocks are broken. Front passenger sway bar link is clunking and hanging on by a thread. Repair shop quoted $3k to fix those, and I don’t want to invest that or have the time to do it myself. - Air conditioning doesn’t work. I attempted to charge the system when I first purchased the vehicle, but there is a significant leak and the entire system would need an overhaul. - It has exhaust leaks in front of the muffler and is loud. I’ve patched some leaks before, but it doesn’t last for long. - I had to jump start it after it sat for a while in my driveway, and even after driving it for a bit, I had to jump it again. Might indicate some electrical issues. It has other issues you would expect from an over-200k-mile vehicle. Peeling clear coat in places, scratches along the side (where a child learned how to ride a bike and scratched it with the handle bars), the radio/CD player is a bit on the fritz and doesn’t always work. And I know there are other things that don’t immediately come to mind. With a bit of work, it could provide a decent car for an individual/family. Price is reasonable and firm. Only serious offers, please. Only cash payment accepted—no gift cards, gimmicks, etc. If you show up for the sale with less, you will be going home empty handed, so don’t waste your time or mine. Price paid will be what is written on the title, so don’t ask otherwise. You may be able to drive it home, but I can’t guarantee it will make it far with the substantial suspension/sway bar issues, so you might consider a trailer.
