- Do the first round to receive the shift - Report how the shift is received in the WhatsApp group every day - Shift #3 must take inventory of loaded and empty boxes every day before handing over the shift and send it via - Handle driver entries and expedite the process, always treating in a respectful manner any person needing to enter the yard - Report any incidents that occur in the yard - Control and safeguard keys, deliver required documents requested by dispatch and print when required - Perform a perimeter control round every hour and report it in the WhatsApp group - Camera monitoring - Responsible for monitoring compliance with the yard's internal regulations, e.g.: 1. Dress code compliance (use vest, no sandals, no shorts, capri pants, Bermuda shorts, no sleeveless shirts, closed shoes) 2. Speed limits 3. Respect access and exit controls and procedures 4. Check that order (correct parking of vehicles) and cleanliness within the yard are maintained - Receive, safeguard and inform the office about received packages - Shift #1 and #2 must register visitors upon arrival and provide safety equipment - Filling out logs - The company reserves the right to add activities at any time - You may be required to cover any other shift when necessary - Possession of a Guard Card is required
