We are located right off Black Mountain Road in Mira Mesa, close to the I-15 and across the street from Miramar college (walking distance). The room is about 10 x 10 sq/ft and the house itself is about 2000 sq/ft. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other professional males who are easy and fast. Washer/dryer available in the garage. Plenty of street parking as you can see from the photos. The bed can stay or not, it’s up to you. The rent is $875/month with a $875 security deposit before you move in. Utilities are divided equally amongst all of us. Solar helps with this cost. There are currently 3 young professionals ages 35-45 who are clean, respectful and drama free living in the house currently. We are older and more well established and so we tend to pay more for comfort rather than worry about cost (ie.
