Bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house located on the edge of Peñasquitos canyon for $1,250 per month (excluding utilities). Shared bathroom & shared access to kitchen, living room, backyard, and downstairs TV. Laundry on-site. The room is not furnished. Currently living here are me and my older brother, we are employed professionals in our 30s who work from home. We would prefer to find someone who does not work from home, but are open to the idea if it's a good match. No couples & no pets please. We are down to earth and friendly people looking for someone who is chill and responsible. We have small gatherings here every now and then but this is definitely not a party house. Pretty much we like to work, go for walks & hikes locally, play sports, play music, spend time with friends and family and significant others, go out for food, and hangout for some TV time when we can. And we would love it if our new roommate would be open to participating in those activities with us! To promote good vibes in the house, we would prefer to bring in someone who does not spend all day in their room with the door closed, and feels comfortable with a more open environment.
