Job Title and Location: Service Technician - San Diego and surrounding areas Department: Service  Employment Type:  Full Time 30-40 hours per week Required Minimum Experience: 2 years Commercial Service that included drywall, electrical, plumbing, & carpentry/framing Compensation:  $25.00 $28.00 Included Benefits: Company Vehicle, Gas Card, and Travel Pay Incentives Service Technician Job Duties: Provide maintenance services as needed – plumbing, painting, light carpentry, or lighting repairs Provide onsite access to vendors or subcontractors, as needed Communicate regularly with office staff and supervisors, as required Conduct job site walks and inspections and report all findings accurately via designated database Report activity of homeless or vagrants occupying facilities and report of tenant questions Ensure prompt action to questions, concerns or requests from customers Maintain required work vehicle inventory levels Answer phone calls and emails from office staff and supervisor in a timely manner Work with general managers and supervisors to complete tasks Desired background in Electric or Lighting repairs About AAA Facility Services Since 1995, AAA Facility Services has provided skilled trade services centered around the core philosophy that providing excellent customer service is critical for a thriving business.
