Minimum Qualifications: Ability to competently maintain & repair residential HVAC systems Must be 21 years of age or older Excellent customer service skills Interest in being part of a productive team Acceptable driving record and valid license Adequate personal tools Drivers License, Good Driving Record Fluent in speaking English Preferred Qualifications: 06A or 06B Electrical License 3 or more years of experience in residential HVAC service Nate certification for gas furnace and heat pump EPA License Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 30-40 per week Base Wage: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Overtime pay Schedule: 4 Day Work Week 10 Hour Shift On call Overtime Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Work Location: In person Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance - Test and inspect HVAC systems to identify any potential problems or malfunctions - Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems - Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with HVAC systems Experience: - Minimum of 1 years of experience as an HVAC technician - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry - Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus Skills: - Proficient in servicing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, and boilers - Ability to operate tools and equipment used in HVAC repairs and installations - Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with HVAC systems - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving duties If you are an experienced HVAC technician with a strong background in the industry, we want to hear from you.
