A career change to an 'at home', stand alone discipline might make sense during these challenging times. Parsons Guitar Repair School Overview -- Phase 1 will cover electric, bass and acoustic setups. -- Phase 2 will concentrate on building bone nuts and saddles and repair work. -- Phase 3 will cover guitar electronics and wiring. -- Phases 4 and 5 will concentrate on fretwork - removing frets, radius sanding of fingerboard, measurement and radiusing of new frets, installing new frets plus beveling and level, crown and polish also honing your setup and repair skills and comprehensive course review. We will also get into what’s involved in running your own shop, the do’s and don’ts of repairing instruments and lutherie/guitar tech tradecraft. Each phase consists of 5 one-hour sessions.
