We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Operations/Project Coordinator to support day to day field and office operations, and ensure excellent communication. Duties Include: -Monitoring and responding to emails throughout the day, maintaining a maximum 1-hour response time to customer inquiries during business hours -Submitting daily reports and completion emails to customers to ensure clear and timely communication -Sending schedule updates and changes to field crews throughout the day as needed -Reviewing all work orders and job scopes prior to scheduling to ensure accuracy and readiness -Creating new work orders and entering all relevant job details -Gathering complete and accurate information from customers and/or estimators before scheduling any work -Coordinating with field teams to align on job scope, timing, and materials -Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks related to each job, based on job type, client needs, and project duration -Supporting job cost tracking, material ordering, and documentation as needed Requirements: -Solid data entry skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -Proficient in grammar, spelling, and professional writing -Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in writing and over the phone -Good phone etiquette and a courteous, helpful demeanor -Strong email communication skills, including responsiveness, clarity, and tone -Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision -Proven ability to take initiative and manage tasks from start to finish -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Benefits Offered: -Health Insurance -Dental Insurance -Life Insurance -Paid Time Off -Supportive, team oriented work environment
