Job Summary: We are a dynamic supplier of jet ski parts and accessories located in the vibrant Miramar/Golden Triangle area of San Diego. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and quality products to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team. We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Associate / Parts Counter team member to support our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling various warehouse tasks, including parts handling, assembly, packaging, and customer interaction over the phone, while utilizing computer systems effectively. This is a physically active role in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Receive, count, stock, and organize jet ski parts inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Perform light parts assembly tasks as required. Assist customers over the phone with inquiries, parts identification, and order status (Potential for in-person parts counter interaction). Utilize computer systems daily, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel, as well as our business/inventory management software for order processing and inventory look-up. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment, including performing routine cleaning tasks. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Skill Requirements: Previous experience in a parts counter or warehouse role is required. Proven experience using Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel is required. Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management, Point of Sale) is a significant plus. Please specify systems used in your application/interview.
