We are a dedicated Supported Living Agency serving individuals with disabilities throughout San Diego County. We are currently seeking a Field Manager to join our leadership team — someone who is driven, experienced, and ready to support both clients and staff in the field. About the Role: The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support of our clients and staff throughout the county. This is a high-expectation, high-impact position that involves: • Coaching and supporting direct support staff • Conducting regular client visits and quality assurance checks • Responding promptly to client and employee concerns • Providing hands-on training and cross-training in the field • Collaborating with office staff and supervisors to maintain high standards of care and service This is a field-based position with significant travel throughout San Diego County. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, managing their own schedules, and staying highly organized while on the go. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for staff and client needs in the field • Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to individuals with disabilities • Train, motivate, and coach staff to maintain strong performance and consistency • Help implement person-centered plans and problem-solve service challenges • Document visits, concerns, and follow-up actions clearly and professionally • Collaborate with supervisors and administrative staff to address performance or service issues Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities • Previous leadership, management, or coaching experience (field or program management preferred) • Excellent communication and people skills — must be approachable, professional, and empathetic • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced, mobile role • Ability to manage crisis situations and respond with clarity and calm • Knowledge of supported living services, social services systems, or regional center models preferred • Valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the county • Bilingual a plus!
