Now Hiring 4th of July Event Staff – La Jolla, Point Loma & Del Mar! Get Paid to Be Part of the Celebration! We’re hiring 40 enthusiastic team members to help with Independence Day events in La Jolla, Point Loma, and Del Mar! 📍 Event Locations & Hours: La Jolla: Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Point Loma: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM Del Mar: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM 💰 Pay: $18.40 per hour Job Duties Include: - Wipe down and sanitize equipment before use - Supervise the rock wall, assist guests with harnesses, and ensure proper safety procedures - Monitor inflatable games by explaining rules and enforcing time limits - Distribute cotton candy or other event concessions - Assist with general event cleanliness, including picking up trash and keeping areas tidy - Answer guest questions about restrooms, activities, and general event info - Rotate between stations and be flexible to cover staff breaks or additional duties - Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience 👕 Dress Code (Strictly Enforced): Black pants – Dickies or Dockers style only (No jeans, shorts, or sweatpants) Plain black t-shirt or long-sleeve – No logos (A Party Pals polo will be provided to wear over this) Black socks and black shoes ✅ Requirements: - Perfect attendance – We count on you to show up and show out! - No visible tattoos – Must be covered if present - Positive, professional attitude – You’ll be the face of the event!
