We are an expedite company specializing in providing exceptional freight services to the automotive industry. Our operations primarily cover the MID WEST region / Laredo TX , and we are currently seeking dedicated associates who are ready and capable of meeting the high demand for time-sensitive and punctual deliveries. To thrive in this role, we require associates who possess in-depth knowledge of DOT/HOS rules, have at least two years of verifiable OTR experience, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations. In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer the following attractive benefits: Competitive Compensation: Team drivers earn an impressive $0.80 per mile for all miles driven. Team drivers receive guarantee pay per week EVEN IF NO MILES DRIVEN Comprehensive Pay Structure: We ensure you are compensated for every mile traveled, including both empty and full miles. You receive a fixed pay of $1,800 per driver for full week on the road /if driven more than 2250 miles per driver you will get paid 0.80cpm on top of $1800 , with the opportunity to return home for a full week after four weeks on the road. Upon completing one year with our company, you will receive a $2,000 bonus paid in a lump sum. Must keep vehicle in a clean and orderly condition. Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required. Must pass DOT physical, drug screen. MVR must meet company and DOT standards. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Willing to train employees who may not have driving experience must currently maintain a CDL A or CDL B license. Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary. Must be familiar with securing heavy equipment and other over dimensional loads. Ability to professionally interact with customers, collect payments and assist with issues that may arise. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
