We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will work closely with our Executive Coordinator and provide support to two Managing Directors and a team of Consultants and their client work. You will be involved in: - Coordinating travel arrangements for two Managing Directors, including flights, hotels, car rentals, etc. - Preparing and submitting expense reports for the Managing Directors. - Managing documents and files on our Share Point site, ensuring they are up to date and accessible. - Supporting clients with reporting and updating their onboarding website, workshop logistics, assessments and other requests. - Identifying and securing resources for client projects and special events, such as venues, catering, materials and equipment. - Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
