We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in Federal Way. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who takes pride in efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM COMPENSATION: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience BENEFITS: Paid holidays and 1 week PTO per year (no medical benefits) REQUIREMENTS: Consistently punctual and dependable Strong written communication skills — able to read, draft, and respond to emails professionally Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Capable of printing, organizing, and managing case paperwork Highly organized and efficient — “Type A” personality preferred Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Must be able to commute daily to Federal Way Preferred QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of college education Previous experience working in a law firm or similar professional environment If you’re a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities, we’d love to hear from you.
