Our work is featured in premium residential projects where craftsmanship, precision, and finish quality are paramount. We are seeking an experienced finisher to join our team and help deliver showroom quality finishes that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, sealing, and filling for smooth finishing. Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.

Helper needed p/t. Can lead to full time. Must have tools and transportation. Must be in shape, you'll do the heavy lifting. I work all over R.I. $20 - 30 and hour. Must be clean and sober.

High end Millwork shop is currently taking applications for a beginning level Carpenters apprentice. Job duties would include prepping cabinets, loading and unloading and helping with installations. Some previous experience with power tools would be a plus. Must be self motivated, trustworthy and have a clean drivers license.We would ideally like to find someone with some Carpentry experience who we could train to Fabricate and Install.
