HIRING: Rockstar Painters (Interior, Exterior & Cabinets) – $27–$30/hr (Chicago)

What You’ll Do • Complete interior, exterior, and cabinet refinishing projects with high attention to detail • Handle all surface prep: sanding, caulking, patching, masking, priming • Apply paint with brush, roller, and airless sprayer (must know how to spray well) • Maintain a clean jobsite and follow safety protocols • Communicate with project managers clearly and respectfully • Deliver consistent, clean results that exceed expectations Requirements • Minimum 3 years of verified painting experience (residential/commercial) • Experience with cabinet refinishing (spray application, masking, etc.) • Own full set of professional tools + ladders (up to 40 ft) • Valid General Liability + Workers’ Comp Insurance • Reliable transportation • ITIN or SSN (for tax purposes – 1099) • Smartphone with camera • Must speak basic English or Spanish • Attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic are non-negotiable Pay & Perks • $27–$30/hr depending on skill and speed • Steady flow of year-round projects in Chicago + nearby suburbs • Fast communication, organized scheduling • Respectful and professional project management • Bonus opportunities for exceptional performance • Work with a growing company that values your craft About RenewBuild Painting RenewBuild Painting is a licensed and insured painting company based in Chicago.
