Vendor must have local stock of parts • Vendor must be prepared to correct all problems found during inspections at the request of the Maintenance Manager. Quote is required before work is corrected. The quote will be reviewed by FAD and once approved purchase order will be sent to vendor. Once the vendor receives the purchase order then problem can be corrected. • Vendor must respond to emergency calls within 2 hours of request and same day for all non-emergency needs. • Systems must be maintained in accordance with FL state fire codes and NFPA standards and codes. • Inspections and testing reports shall be presented in person to the Job Corp’s Maintenance Manager at time of inspection.
