Responsibilities: • Knowledge of and supervision of install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. • Ensure all work complies with local and national codes. • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. • Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently. • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to deliver high-quality service. • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies. • Provide professionalism in customer service. Familiar with multi family desired. Qualifications: • Valid ICC Mechanical Journeyman License. • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience. • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and operations. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily production on commercial and public-works projects statewide. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of modern roofing systems, able to manage crews efficiently, maintain safety compliance, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification. Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews and daily field operations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics with project management. Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation. Interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturer details. Communicate directly with project managers, inspectors, and owners. Maintain production schedules and quality control throughout each phase. Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience. Minimum 2 years as a foreman or lead man managing crews. Must be willing to travel statewide — projects vary by region. Ability to read plans/specifications and complete daily reports. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
