Completed reports, diagrams, details, and photos are uploaded to our system via the inspector portal within a 14-day timeframe.   You are contracted provide high-quality, comprehensive, loss control inspection reports as using established protocols, procedures, and policies of our clients and our company. Your comprehensive reports will use existing templates to identify potential loss conditions, hazards, or concerns and make recommendations to mitigate the exposures you identify in your field surveys.   Contracted inspections must be completed during standard business hours Monday-Friday. Inspectors set their own appointment schedule   What’s the pay?   We pay a flat rate for inspections; this is not hourly work. Base rates begin at $45-$75 with bids being considered. We pay monthly via ACH direct to your US based bank account. A 1099 will be issued to you each January for tax purposes.   Who you are:   A qualified, professional, reliable, business owner with a flexible schedule- A person who can clearly demonstrate experience in insurance field inspection, related work and/or has a certification from Loss Control Academy(lossscontrolacademy.com) or the Virtual Insurance Inspector Academy(inspectroinstitute.com)  in BOTH Personal and Commercial lines inspections.
