(RSI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties for RSI buildings and grounds in East Central Minnesota. This position will provide maintenance support to RSI locations in North Branch, Mora, Cambridge, Princeton, Taylors Falls, Sandstone, and surrounding cities. Scheduling requirements will include Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional paid call-in shifts during night and weekend hours. Experience in coordinating and implementing Capital Improvement Projects. All candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet company motor vehicle operator criteria, and successfully complete a background check. Preferred Experience: 1 - 2 yrs. hotel, hospital, or assisted living facility maintenance experience. Experience working independently with little or no supervision preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push or pull up to 80 lbs. using proper body mechanics and/ or available equipment. Ability to bend, kneel or climb ladders to perform maintenance tasks. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and walk up and down stairs Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions (winter and summer temperatures).
