Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores at or above company standards. Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees. Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Prepare a variety of fresh croissants, baguettes, brioche, bread loaves, etc. and desserts. • Prepare artisanal breads and pastries with a European and artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal for customer satisfaction. • Package finished products for sale or distribution, ensuring freshness and presentation. • Assist in food production and preparation for restaurant service and special events. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. • Collaborate with team members to develop menus and ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
