Asphalt Paving & Maint Estimator / Sales - Striping, Seal Coat, Patch (various)

We are a Exeter-based company seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Estimator who can also develop new business in striping, sealing, patching, and related services. Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt paving and maintenance projects • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and clients • Work independently and alongside field crews Requirements: • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass standard pre-employment requirements • Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, maintenance, repairs, and estimating practices • Comfort with both estimating and client-facing sales activities What We Offer: • Full-time position with growth potential • Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply: Email your résumé with work history and asphalt paving/maintenance experience.
