We are not your typical storage facility! Entry level no experience necessary will train. Women encourage to apply We have self-storage unit as well as spaces for RV's We are a valet service with a warehouse full of high-end class A motorhomes, boats and other recreational vehicles. We take pride in our customer service, so we cater to their vacation and camping needs. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and upbeat to help maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure facility Responsibilities and Duties: Rent spaces/units also provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries. Visually inspects the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advising management. General duties in the office include but are not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day. Maintains all required documentation including Lien notices and Auctions, keeping it neat and orderly manner. The assistant must be able to control delinquencies by telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis, including sending out monthly invoices. Maintaining accuracy of the petty cash, make weekly bank deposits and preparing, weekly and monthly reports. Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law. Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks. Notifies their manager of all maintenance items that require attention in a timely manner. Maintains a professional attitude when driving, pushing or pulling customer’s RV, Boat, trailer or vehicles. Also follows company policy having a spotter at all times when moving customers RV, Boats, trailers or vehicles. Maintains a physical appearance with a clean unwrinkled company shirt, clean jeans or kakis no shorts. Shoes must cover your feet no flip flops or sandals. Must have a clean & neat appearance. Additional items a must…… You must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs. You must be able to stoop, stretch or reach above your head. You must be able to dust mini storage doors/ clean inside and out to prepare for new customers. You must be able to vacuum area and wear mask provided. You must be able to walk long distances for property checks. You must be able to do light maintenance, able to climb a ladder, change light bulbs inside the storage area and office, also to collect trash from around the property. Keep the parking lot clean and free of debris. Use the forklift/ company truck to move RV’s, Boats, Trailers to the staging areas. Show the potential customers the property and storage areas explaining our facilities features. 40 hours a week- Monday – Saturday Thursday off We are closed on Sunday You must have a current and clear driver’s license Starting pay $19 an hour After probation of 90 days, you will be entitled to: Paid holidays 401k Medical insurance PLEASE SEND RESUME DO NOT CALL OR VISIT THE FACILITY
