SHIFT: Mon - Thur 6:00 AM - 04:30 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM) 10-Hour Shifts Description: This role is specific to the McPherson, KS location. As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures. You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins. Your training will also include the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager. Minimum Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Possess basic math skills. •Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. What will your typical day look like? •Assembles components according to blueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications to build, assemble, and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion. •Accurately completes assembly checklists. •Monitors stock bins in work area and reports stock needs to Shop Floor Lead(s). •Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures. •Adheres to the Client's Code of Conduct. •Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • Pull, prepare, and stage orders for production, delivery, or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse materials (unload, label, and store) • Perform inventory controls for clients upon request • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Report any discrepancies • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers • Operate warehouse equipment (Manual and electric power jacks). Willing to train. • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Requirements: - Valid Driver's License - Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker - Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to lift heavy objects - Forklift experience is not required, but it is a plus - Proficiency in inventory is not required, but it is a plus

We are hiring for our: PCB Inspection, PCB Testing, and PCB Drilling Departments Full-time shifts available: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience in manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
