As a Network Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to diagnose and resolve network issues, provide training on network systems, and assist in the implementation of network solutions. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional support and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities Monitor and support client network systems to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reported by clients. Assist in the installation and configuration of network equipment. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
