Squeegee Wizards is hiring for Window Cleaning/ Pressure Cleaning technicians to service customers in Broward and Palm Palm Beach Counties. If you meet the following requirements pls come in or call for a interview and immediate hiring Must have OWN reliable vehicle car or truck (that you can drive every day ) Must be able to carry a 24 ft extension ladder on or in your vehicle, it's about 12 ft when not extended, or you must be able to get a fold up ladder (cars can carry this ladder, but its up to you) Must be willing to work in Palm Beach and Broward Counties Must not be scared of heights Experience a plus but not necessary/ Own pressure cleaner and PROFESSIONAL pc experience a +++++ BUT NOT NECESSARY Weekly pay with no experience $800-$1000 Weekly Pay with experience: $1000-$1500 +++++++ If you meet all of these requirements please come into 2075 N POWERLINE RD STE 4 POMPANO BEACH, FL 33069 BETWEEN 10AM AND 3PM MONDAY - FRIDAY

What We’re Looking For 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years. 2+ years’ experience preferred. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration. Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish. Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory. We are a local tree care company offering high quality tree care services. We are insured, bonded, a licensed contractor, and carry workmen compensation insurance for each employee. We are seeking a full time, reliable individual to join our crew. We will provide all training, gear and PPE. Most of our work is located in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. Duties: - start as a ground person for a couple weeks to familiarize yourself with our field of work. We will teach you how to do proper tree pruning on small trees that don't require climbing first. - our experienced climbers will teach you how to safely climb trees using a harness/roping system. How to safely use the hand and power tools you will need. When you are ready, you will climb trees to prune them according to detailed specifications, or to remove them entirely. Occasional stump grinding required. - help with clean up when needed. - work well with other crew members to maximize efficiency on each job site. - answer client questions. - report to business owner. - experience in the tree care or landscaping businesses preferred but not required. Requirements: - be in good physical condition to begin with - not be afraid of heights ;) - have your own reliable transportation - have your own reliable cellular phone - ability to work in the summer heat - be available to work Monday through Friday.
