Are you a Marin local who loves the outdoors and dogs as much as we do? We’re looking for a reliable, calm, and upbeat Dog Walker to join our small, tight-knit team in the Fairfax / San Anselmo area. We’re a boutique dog-walking company built by a Marin native (Archie Williams High grad 👋). We care deeply about long-term relationships — with our clients, our team, and our four-legged family members. This is not a short-term gig — it’s a stable, year-round + role for someone who values consistency, community, and quality over quantity. You Are: • Punctual, dependable, and ready for a long-term role (1+ year commitment required) • Physically active and comfortable walking 6–8 miles a day • Naturally calm and confident around dogs — they respond to your energy • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of client homes • A strong communicator who stays in touch and follows through Bonus if you have: • Animal care, vet tech, or equine experience • Prior experience with dog groups, shelters, or pet transport • Local roots in Marin or the North Bay Perks: • $130–$175/day + tips and performance bonuses • Paid holidays after 6 months, vacation after 1 year • Dog car + gas card provided • Weekends and major holidays off • Supportive, low-drama, family-style team environment How to Apply: Please email your resume and a short cover letter sharing why you’d love to join a local Marin-based team long-term.
