We are looking for Independent Contractor new construction house cleaners to do cleans in houses throughout the construction phases. Pre-final cleans, final cleans, buyer walks, closes, spec cleans, window recleaning, house sweeps. We have neighborhoods ranging from Leander, Georgetown, Manor, Austin, Kyle/Buda, San Marcos, Lockhart We work for 6 builders in 38 neighborhoods. Which means we have a lot of work available. Pay is by the job. Experienced crews do 10+ house per day. Typically, a crew consists of 2 people, but we have solo people as well as larger crews that do cleans for us. Crews need to have their own supplies. Our company has been in business for 26 years. We are well established. Jobs are email over to you the night before. You head straight to the job site.
