Job Title: Field Service Technician Location: Atlanta Metro Area Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician with at least three (3) years of hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronics, IP phones, security cameras, and household or commercial appliances. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a technical service team. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and repair a variety of electronic devices and systems, including IP phones, security cameras, and connected appliances. • Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and provide timely, effective solutions. • Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks to ensure optimal equipment performance. • Accurately document all work performed and communicate status updates to customers and management. • Maintain a clean, professional work environment and uphold company standards during all service calls.
