Direct Care Staff Position (North Philadelphia)

I'm 35, a cisgender woman, and a full-time wheelchair-user looking for a roommate/caregiver. I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment near Park Meadows Mall. I need someone interested in earning $27,000 per year. The work is for light housekeeping, cooking, getting in bed, using a hoyer lift. I need help most evenings and two mornings per week, but schedule can vary as needed! No experience is necessary. The rent is about $1,000 per month.
