What You’ll Do Supervise daily front-of-house operations in the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage to balance guest needs and labor budgets.
