Seeking swans (black, white or juvenile is fine) to rent for a few hours for a wedding on October 25th. We can provide the swans with a separate, safe area where they can be displayed if they need to be kept separate from guests. We can also provide them with a small pond to rest in during the wedding if you do not have one ready to lend out.

Hiring is ongoing, but we have some present openings that we are currently looking to fill. Management and fabrication experience with entertainment projects is preferred. Description of Duties, Including but not Limited to: • Maintaining and staying on schedules • Collaborating with the client management team and assisting with the technical design process, to ensure end product exceeds the clients’ expectations. • Interpreting existing, and creating new, CAD drafted elements and construction details • Submitting work orders and assisting with material procurement for projects as needed • Oversee details and quality control through the construction process • Client coordination and communication throughout the production process. • Managing trucking logistics • Onsite supervision of load-in and strike Job Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or college equivalent • Experience in entertainment production • Highly computer literate • Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Fabrication experience with wood and metal and familiarity with a variety of construction materials • Ability to work long hours when needed • Good communication and organizational skills • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Vector works, Sketchup, and other similar software a plus
