Beacon Hill's client, a local natural gas distribution company, is seeking a paralegal to support their in-house team. Title: Legal Specialist (Paralegal) Location: Hybrid - In-office Tuesday through Thursday (Portland, OR 97204) Duration: 12 months (May 6, 2025 - May 5, 2026) Hours: Full-time Hourly pay: $35-$48/hour, depending on experience Qualifications & Key Responsibilities: Ideal candidates will have paralegal experience in both corporate and litigation work Litigation support experience, including coordination with outside counsel, document review, and case management Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests Experience with business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings Experience managing due diligence and regulatory filings Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent writing and proofreading abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new subject matter areas Experience working both independently and as part of a small team Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
