We are seeking an exceptional attorney to review and analyze documents received as discovery in a derivative litigation. Experience on similar types of large document reviews, comfort with online document review platforms, such as Relativity, and high attention to detail are required. The position is expected to last for a few months. The candidate will be expected to work remotely on a full-time basis. The rate for this position will be $46 per hour. Qualified candidates must be licensed, active, and in good standing in New York, California, or Delaware. You will be eligible for the firm’s benefits. WWe are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our Petaluma office to assist in our growing caseload. This is a hybrid in office/remote position although you will be in the office more than you will be working remotely. Temporary Walnut Creek (Remote - must be onsite for initial training) Seeking a temporary Legal Contract Audit Assistant for a 5-month assignment to track responses, follow up and prepare audit letters and updates based on law firm fee agreements.
