Must have at least five years’ experience as a paralegal/legal assistant with strong litigation experience, drafting complaints on judicial council forms (CEB Essential Forms), working with One Legal for e-filing and service and calendaring. Exemplary computer knowledge and word processing skills a must. Attorney specializes in collections (litigation), real estate, corporate, and light trust work.
