ADAMS POINT / OAKLAND MANAGER POSITION We’re looking for a resident manager. If you’re good with people, presentable, able ( and willing) to do cleaning and minor repairs , we are looking for you. We’ll give you the apartment ($2500 value) at a discounted rent of $1100 in exchange for managing. This unit is a ONE BEDROOM / ONE BATHROOM. In addition, you get FREE gated parking for one car and plenty of storage. There is no salary included with this job, this is a PART TIME position (10 hours per week). You will need to have another source of income. We’re looking for someone who will: 1. Keep the lobby’s and windows clean 2. Show the units 3. Perform minor repairs such as changing disposals, fixing leaky sinks, showers, toilets, etc 4. Touch-up Paint & Cleaning of vacant units 5. Coordinate access for vendors: ie appliance deliveries, etc Flexibility in hours is a major plus. This is NOT a job for people who cannot fix things. You are the first person the tenants will call if they have a problem. I’m looking for someone who is handy and can do repairs ( change dishwasher, garbage disposals, leaking sinks, etc.). Not just call the owner and report a problem. If you just call me about the problem, then I don’t need you, as the tenants can call me directly. You must have a cell phone and use email.
