You will use a small camera kit to capture common hand-intensive activities you are comfortable doing. We provide gear, a quick checklist, and short training video. Examples of tasks you can record-- Salon and spa • Section, clip, comb, and cut on a mannequin or your practice head • Foil fold and alignment, elastic band wraps, blow dryer with brush • Nail care on practice tips, pump and apply lotions to silicone pads Food and retail • Chop, slice, scoop, portion, and wrap sandwiches using practice ingredients • Stock shelves, open boxes, tape, label, scan to a checklist • Bag and balance mixed items, thread receipt rolls, remove security tags Skilled trades and home maintenance • Start screws, tighten to click, strip and crimp simple connectors • Apply PTFE tape to threads, seat compression fittings, zip-tie cable bundles • Measure, cut, and place painter’s tape or shrink wrap to markings Assembly lines • Start fasteners by hand, drive to torque click, apply threadlocker where indicated • Strip and crimp terminals, mate keyed connectors, tug test and label harness ends • Wrap PTFE on threads, seat compression and push-to-connect fittings, leak check with soapy water • Route cables through guides, zip-tie and trim flush, add heat-shrink to strain-relief points • Measure, cut, and place painter’s tape or shrink wrap to alignment marks on the fixture • Apply adhesive beads to templates, clamp parts in a jig, release after cure time • Press-fit bearings and bushings with arbor press, verify depth with go/no-go gauge • Load parts into test jig, scan barcode, record pass or fail, place in the correct bin • Print and apply labels to datum edges, pack finished units with kitted accessories Healthcare practice and fitness • Luer lock connections and sterile pack opens on mannequins • Kinesiology tape measure, cut corners, apply to targets on a dummy arm • Bandage wrap counts and tension targets on practice pads Other everyday tasks • Gift wrap and bow tying, precise label placement • Laundry fold sequences and towel wraps • Bicycle tune basics like cable housing trim and zip-tie routing • Instruction following tasks (assembling a kit, mass production repetitive tasks, etc.) • Artisan level sewing / craft tasks Instruction-following tasks Great for people who like clear steps, checklists, or simple rules. • Follow a printed 10-step SOP to assemble a small kit. Check each box as you go • Measure and cut three cable lengths to targets of 10 cm, 15 cm, 25 cm. Label each with the printed tags • Place object on a mat, align corners to the grid, take top view and side view following the card • Timed checklist. Perform a five-item sequence in order. Example: open box, remove tray, place item, apply label, close lid Pay and schedule • Paid 3 to 4 hour trial session • Followed by a monthly contract with planned scenes and hours if trial goes well • Contractor role.
