Additionally, you should be comfortable solving complex problems with limited assistance. The hours are flexible, normally Saturday (9 to ?) and various evenings (6 to ?) or other hours you are available. Sizeable VB6 system requires constant maintenance and eventual translation to .net. Many projects representing years of programming and development are available. You must be able to help design and create "on the fly" new projects and improve old ones. New projects will not have 100% specifications at startup. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Excellent English both oral and written. Able to work in the US. 5+ years programming experience.
