F&B 575 LLC at Aman New York is hiring for the Culinary Teams at Arva & Nama. Arva draws its name from the Latin word for ‘cultivated land.’ Arva pays homage to Italy’s rustic, cucina del raccolto tradition, creating heart-warming dishes using the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from local farms and fresh from the ocean. Arva is hosting an Open Call for the following positions: - Commis - Line cook - Chef de Partie (Pasta) Bringing Aman’s eastern roots to one of the West’s greatest cities, Nama celebrates the Japanese washoku dining tradition with authentic, uncomplicated and elegant dishes that champion the world’s finest produce. Nama is hosting an Open Call for: - Sushi Chef de Partie (must have experience working with sushi & cooking Japanese food) *Candidates must be able to work weekends.
