The cook is limited in scope of responsibility when compared to the kitchen operation as a whole. The cook may operate one or a select few pieces of kitchen cooking equipment (Flat Top, Grill, Saute, Salads, and Pantry), and largely focuses on prepping items to be cooked. They prepare food items according to the recipes. They maintain a clean and sanitary work area. The Cook is a fast-paced position that’s essential for the kitchen to operate at the desired level. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques. - Know and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. - Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service for our guests. - Maintain a clean and sanitary work station. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to maintain effective product flow. - Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. - Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. - Opens and closes the kitchen stations properly, assists others and following checklists. - Understands and follows proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures. We are looking to fill a full time (40hrs a week) position with the following responsibilities: • Functions as a liaison between customers and the company, acting in a manner that ensures the customer’s experience with the company is positive and memorable, and reflects upon the professionalism, quality and integrity of the company. These interactions are expected to occur at the company’s facilities and via phone and e-mail inquiry. This customer interaction will extend to customer surveys and customer follow-up. • This position draws upon strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, and trouble shooting skills, including getting to the essence of matters and resolving them professionally, quickly, and to the satisfaction of the client. • Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the company, managers, and supervisors to facilitate efficiency and communication. On Premise Products is looking to hire metal preparation positions pint application. 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The applicant is responsible for preparing metal parts and applying powder coat. About Us We are a growing manufacturer located in El Cajon. We offer competitive compensation and paid holidays Essential Functions - Complete prep and application process of powder coating. - Set up and operate variety hand tools. - Perform in process quality assurance activities and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards - Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions -Experience with tools, grinders.
