2001 BMW 525iT Touring (wagon) - $4,250 (Bellevue/Black Diamond)

2001 E39 Touring. 525iT Blue with Tan interior. 188K mi I found this car when looking for parts for another wagon I have. My son and I thought the car was just too nice to see scrapped so we decided to have a father son Project and save it. It is now an outstanding driving car that needs pretty much nothing. Running and driving is a 10/10 cosmetics 7.5-8/10. The car has: New DME 4 new O2 sensors Rebuilt fuel injectors New coil packs New spark plugs All new intake tubing/pipes New MAF Cleaned throttle body and idle control New vacuum lines New pvc system New valve cover gasket Oil change Coolant flush Power steering fluid flush New tires New upper and lower control arms and bushings New sway bar links New fuel pump New fuel filter DME installed and programmed by Signature Independent BMW specialists in Kirkland New fan shroud, windshield cowl and windshield seal Interior is 8.5-9/10, clean, no rips or tears and everything works. No warning lights on dash. The only thing we are aware of on the car that doesn’t work is the tailgate glass switch. We’ve tried to find a working replacement or repair this one, but no success. It apparently is a common fail and there are not many of these around. Obviousy the car is not perfect, but it is a really nice, clean and GREAT driving car for anyone looking for a reliable wagon at a decent price this is a good one.
