Through hands-on learning, vocational training, life skills coaching, mental health support, and community college navigation, we help students dream big - from mastering power tools to earning college degrees. Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have cafe / restaurant management experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, behavioral medicine, speech & language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable human services field. Ideally our candidate would have experience working with disabled individuals and a passion for mentoring young adults in a supportive environment. What You'll Do: This role combines hands-on cafe management with vocational training. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operation of the cafe, ensuring high-quality service, and working closely with the Head of Vocational Programs to teach our students essential skills for working in a cafe setting. This role can be full time which will include 85% company-paid health insurance.

About Seton College: Seton College is a new two-year college division of UMSV that will offer an associate’s degree for 100 students that have been historically underserved, who may require additional academic support, and who are motivated for post-secondary success annually beginning in the 2024–25 academic year.
