I am moving soon and am forced to sell my 2002 Honda s2000. The chassis is very clean, with the car originally being from Florida. It was undercoated when it entered Vermont and has been garage kept its entire life here. Modifications include a cold air intake, an Invidia exhaust, a Mangaflow catalytic converter, unknown aftermarket injectors, and unknown aftermarket pistons. Coolant, transmission fluid, engine oil, and the battery were recently changed, and the car just passed inspection. The cylinder head, and the supporting gaskets / hardware were recently replaced by a dealership after which the vehicle started consuming notable amounts of oil. The dealership thinks that this is due to a flaw in the installed head suggested that it be replaced again. Other minor concerns include a broken radio and weak AC. All cylinders have passed a leak down test, and the individual compression values are passing at 180/180/170/180 (however these are all ~30psi lower than the previous head). The paintwork is fair but far from concourse quality and has a noticeable discoloration on the passenger door. The soft top is in good condition and functions well. The odometer on this vehicle has been replaced at some point in its life with the car fax suggesting the true mileage to be around 145k. The car runs and drives with a lot of life left in it, but the buyer should be aware that the engine needs attention. 18500, not accepting trades.
