$850 Room for rent please read entire ad (Chula Vista)

WE ARE NOT in T.J. we are in chula vista. lol! bedroom for rent in three bedroom 2 bath home. available Sept 1st. PLEASE TEXT OR CALL for viewing hello and thanks for taking a look at our home. we are renovating the house little by little, but we will be selective in who we rent to. we have had great luck, but we have also gotten slobs and such terribly irresponsible pet owners, so we are not in a rush to fill the spot. homeowner is a queer person and will only entertain tenants that are from or allies of the bipoc or lgbtq communities. if you aren’t down with those two communities, this is not a good fit for you. if you cannot get someone's pronouns correct, this is not a good fit for you. we would prefer a bipoc applicant or a person from the lgbtq community, but will consider all applicants. please note: we are not renting to couples and daily guests that stay over night are not welcome. dogs that are not neutered or that aren’t bathed regularly will not be considered. we have had more than one person take advantage of the home so let’s get that out of the way now. Rent is $850plus $75utilities ($925 a month). there is a deposit of $850 (must be paid in full prior to move-in). will consider pets on a case by case basis only. pet rent is $50 a month. we will not accept male dogs that are not neutered and/or that mark. we will verify paperwork of service or emotional support pets. if your pet is at all aggressive, this is not a good fit. if you don’t want to clean your pet hair out of the washer after using it or vacuum regularly do not apply. if your pet causes such a stench that it permeates the home, do not apply. if your name is breezie bree / bree burns/ brenna burns do not apply. all pets will be met prior to move in. Your monthly rent includes: -private room -utilities: wifi, water, gas/electric, trash, yard services, -access to and use of common areas of home: yard, kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv room. (house has all new appliances) room can be furnished or not furnished for same price. home has a huge yard and is a sanctuary. really would just like to find someone who fits the vibe of the home. really over people misrepresenting themselves to get a spot in the home. rental is month to month and 30 day notice will be given to those who are dishonest and negatively affect the other people in the home in any way. please text me for a walkthrough and interview if you are interested. if you know you aren’t good with housekeeping, please do not apply. we are all adults, we shouldn’t have to clean up after one another. if you are a pet owner with poor time management skills, please do not apply, we do not want to clean up after you or your pet. requirements: rental application with credit check (a low credit score will not disqualify you, but prior eviction will), pay stubs and verifiable employment info, verifiable paperwork for service or emotional support pet. rental references will be checked as well. this is a shared communal home, it will become quickly obvious if you are not a good fit or have misrepresented yourself and, for all of our sakes, we implore you to continue your search to avoid having to move again.
