I’m helping my mother rent out a room in her house with its own bathroom, all utilities included and WIFI. Plenty of street parking for your car. Shes looking to share her space with a single person who is quit, responsible and respectful. Oh yeah and must love cats and dogs. Monthly rent of $750 and a deposit of $500.
