Please read entire ad and provide information listed at bottom when contacting me. For rent now: Furnished, private upstairs suite in a beautiful, well-kept home close to both U of M campuses. The private suite has four rooms: a bedroom, living room, study, and half bath. Please note that while the upstairs suite has a half bath (toilet and sink), your private shower is located in the lower level (right next to the sauna!). The kitchen on the 1st floor is shared with one quiet, responsible professional who has an own private suite downstairs. Spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Amenities: AC in upstairs bedroom and in all of downstairs, your own mini-fridge upstairs, dishwasher; sauna, washer/dryer in lower level (all provided on courtesy basis); yard, small storage space in basement. Furnished and with all kitchen utensils. Looking for graduate student or professional. No smoking. No pets or ESAs (due to allergies). On-street parking only. One person only. Must have good references & credit and damage deposit. (We cannot make exceptions to any of the above) $875 rent plus your share of the utilities. This share will always be at least $75/month (for water, gas, garbage, basic electricity) during the months when you do not use AC or electric heat. During the heating and AC season, it is usually more and will depend on your AC/ heat use. One-year lease with option to go month-to month after that. A shorter lease (until at least May 2026) considered with slightly higher rent.
